Fixtures can be localised in space via various methods
Inserting and dragging around in the plan view
Importing CSV export from a CAD program (implemented but available only in code)
Other possibilities, not implemented but certainly realistic
Trackers (eg. Vive)
Machine vision (photogrammetry or stereography)
